As Vice President and Senior Project Manager Charles Reed is engaged in all financing, permitting and strategic planning efforts at the company. Mr. Reed has over thirteen years of experience in real estate development, finance, property management and construction. He is currently managing the renovation and releasing of 53-85 Canal Street, the permitting and disposition of 161-163 Commonwealth Avenue and 306 Dartmouth Street and the sales efforts at 20 Charles Street.
Mr. Reed served as Project Manager at Turner Hill, a 311 - acre premier residential golf course development in Ipswich, MA. At Turner Hill, he guided the project through a challenging entitlement process with local and state agencies to secure necessary permits for over 785,000 square feet of residential, office, retail space, and a new 18 - hole championship golf course. Mr. Reed also oversaw the construction of various golf course infrastructure related projects.
Prior to joining RPC in 1996, Mr. Reed earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1988 and his Ph.D. from Oxford University in 1995.
